School Orientation Programme (ROS)
ROS is the trainee teacher’s initial exposure to the school environment from the teacher’s perspective. ROS is an activity that emphasizes the tasks of documenting information professionally through the preparation of a portfolio of ROS assignments for the trainee teachers. The program aims to provide an opportunity for trainee teachers to understand the school as an educational institution and the role of teachers in the classroom. Through observation, reflection and interaction with teachers and the school community, trainee teachers are able to understand behavior, school management and classroom management to integrate theory and practice in the context of teaching and learning in accordance with the 6M concept (mudarris, mu'allim, murabbi, muaddib, mursyid and muballigh).
Practicum

Practicum is a continuation of the School Orientation Program which provides an opportunity for trainee teachers to practice their teaching knowledge, skills and values reflectively in real classroom and school situations. The implementation of this program focuses on the teaching and learning process with guidance through smart partnerships and collaboration between the faculty of education, schools, and other relevant agencies.
